About to go through the intsection of crossville& woodstock rd (green light) and the ambulance is comming from the left so i slow down to a stop and this BI---!! smacks me in the back I have two friends in the car the ambulance driver is looking confused and moved on I get out the car and picth a dam fit I'm ready to knock this chick into next week and its some older african/haitian lady talkin bout she didnt have time to stop but i NEVER herad the screech of brakes. damage is minamal scratches dings on my bumper and slightly off center. and a minusciule chip on the exhaust. I called the cops and he pulled up in like two min.he asked if i wanted to file a report cause it wasnt any real damage (the paint from her rav4 was on my bumper and he wiped it off with his finger) I told him yeah its my baby (he didnt find it funny)filed a report she got the ticket and I took pics with my phone and had my friends do the same everybodys ok. of course she didn't want me to call the police but I've been screwed over before so C.Y.A.even got her insurance number her # even her tag and the insurance guy #number:fawk:
its called "assesed risk." Whenever you're in an accident, regardless of fault, you've become a statistic. Statistics show most people never just have 'one' accident and become a risk to the company from there on, even if it wasn't your fault. Your insurance may or may not go up depending on if you claim it on YOUR insurance. If you claim it on Her insurance, it may not matter...

his insurance WONT go up a guy hit me a few weeks back it was 6k worth of dmg didnt cost me a cent they mailed me a 1200 $ check after too

its the 2nd time ive been rearended. fist time 2k of dmg second time 6k dmg. neither were my fault.. insurance is still the same
depends on insurance and deductable from what i hear. Hope the bumper gets fixed right and that the lady gets hell.
Not if you have state farm I was hit 4 times in my integra and my insurance never did anything besides go down... State Farm FTW!!!
i dunno, they quoted me nearly 300 a month :squint: , i got a much better rate with progressive(think 130/mo). it better go down if it starts that high, ha
Alex that kit is nice but wont fit my my 02, like weapon said no bugeye love:wtc:well just have to see how bad it actually is before I jump to any conclusions.
sorry to hear about your car. hope it gets fixed soon. i dont think so. the taillight is different on the bottom. now with some 04 taillights it would fit. i like the kit but it has a very euro feel to it.
glad it was only minimal damange and no injuries. that's good u did take a police report cause i got screwed outta some chick denting my car...i fixed it and she then said she is not paying. fawkin ppl!
