    anyone here either A) know how to wire up the horn on an aftermarket wheel. or B) have service manuals. i just need to know should it be grounded and whiich color wires.

    one wire goes to the ground (anywhere on the chassis) and another goes to the relay, which should be around the fuse box in the engine bay.

    for the actual horn button. sorry should've specified. (basically i'm asking what colors)

    i've tried any two wires together and nothing is working. could it be the relay fuse, should i go buy a couple and play touch and go?

    ok so the horn blows when the car is off but not when it its on... jeez.

    The horn is a ground only. No relay. The one wire on my 04 was the wire on the left of the white ribbon. Just touch it with a ground and the horn will blow. Maybe the 02 is different. I broke the spin thing that keeps the ribbon tight so I gotta replace that....it gonna be exspensive. Oh well at least I still have my cruise.

    yeah i figured that out just before the horn/hazard fuse blew. it's just the green wire with the red stripe connected to the horn button and then a grounded wire to the other side of the horn button. works fine just don't blow a fuse using the method "what happens when i touch this one to this one"
