Hey who are you talking to at RA? I work there so maybe I can help out. Let me know if I need to talk to anyone or see if I can pull some strings. It might be a lil hard cause it's so colse to the race day.

as of right now...my Father got RA to reserve us a 20 car spot. don't know the exact location off hand but he said its near the Ferrari dudes. they don't got shi# us on right?lol so as of now...we have our spot set for us...booya! i'll get the exact location when i talk to my Dad...thanks everyone for your patience w/ us.

Everyone should go to this!!! It's a blast. Be sure to camp out as many days and nights as you can. Some of the best racing is the slower stuff before the main event. They're short races so it's much more agressive. There's always something going on.

I'm going to try and be there, but it's still up in the air.

i have the contract from RA... i would have finalized things on friday but im trying to work out a sponsorship to bring costs down... i am going to send in the paperwork tomorrow... i'll post up when the discounted tickets will be available

quick update: the contract is ready... i faxed it over but they had some trouble with their fax machine... i am mailing it in with the payment by next day mail... when they receive it, they will activate the discounted tickets... will post details when they let me know

It's $25 for parking, $12 for the block, and plus whatever tickets are going for (with 15% off of course )

 

I meant $37 I still missed something...How much for tickets.

 

$45 - 1 day (saturday)
$65 - 2 day (friday, saturday)
$75 - 4 day (wednesday - saturday)

I have another question. Some friends and myself were planning on camping for the event. I see that the cost is $25. How does that work? Is it $25 per person, per tent, or for the whole group? Thanks.

 

i have no clue about camping details... i believe pEd is going to be camping so u could shoot him a PM... otherwise your best bet would be to call RA directly... sorry i couldnt be of more help

 

ANNOUNCEMENT:
I got a call from my contact at RA and from what I have been explained, it seems that all tickets ordered at a discount will be mailed only to me. It will be up to me to distribute them among the members. I believe they are doing this so only our members can obtain our deal and random people can not. I have called Joyce to verify that but I couldnt get a hold of her. I shall correct this if the information I have is incorrect.

That being said, those who live far away and won't be able to meet me for a pickup should go ahead and order their tickets as early as possible.

 

hmmm... when I talked to Joyce about 2 hours ago, she said the tickets would be available at Will Call.

please let us know what you find out. I plan on being there late Wed. night and would hate to have to bother you to get tix.

Joyce also explained to me that the pass we're supposed to get for the corral, will/can also be used as a substitute for the camping/parking pass.
I went ahead and paid for an extra camping pass though (Just to be safe).

 

i need to verify this... i am not sure if i will have a chance to verify tomorrow since my weekend is insanely slammed (hence im not going to nopi)... but i'll try my best to get it done asap

 

ANNOUNCEMENT:
After my conversation with Joyce things have been cleared up. An infield parking pass will serve as your tent camping pass. You do not need to purchase both.

im glad it worked out ... however, there have been a bunch of miscommunications with RA over the past 2 weeks while i have been trying to get the paperwork straight... i'd recommend everyone double check with joyce when you buy the infield parking pass

I'm a little confused right now. When you call Joyce, do you pay for the tickets once you get there? Bascially how do I get billed if I order through the telephone?
