USUALLY, infield parking IS a camping pass. You have admission tickets, infield parking, off-road vehicle, and RV tickets. You can pay over the phone and pick up tickets at 'Will Call'

 

here's my scenario.

I called Joyce and ordered a 4 day ticket.
I was under the impression that purchasing this ticket through the group deal
included an infield parking pass.
I also purchased a seperate infield pass.
I received my ticket in the mail today and it only had one infield parking pass.

If you're ordering tickets, I would make sure to get an infield pass as well.

**It may be that I made a mistake somewhere, or that I'll have an extra ticket sitting for me at 'will call', I'll have to call Joyce and see what she says.

I was charged $75 for the 4-day ticket and $25 for the infield pass.
They **both** have a sticker that says "Subaru WRX" on it.

 

pEd...the infield pass is listed as one of the things we needed to get also as stated by Milo in his post. However, I'd call back and get them to reimburse you for your 15% discount on the tickets.

 

nah, I'm not that worried about it.

Just wanted to make sure that everyone knows to get an infield/camping pass too. I must've misread Milo's post or brain-farted it away somehow.
Kinda just an FYI/reminder for anyone buying tix.

ANNOUNCEMENT 1:
I just got off the phone with Joyce. Contrary to the information I received earlier, apparently the corral comes with 20 infield parking permits. So now, your $12 fee for corral parking gets you a free infield parking permit (valued at $25) and a $12 food coupon. Remember, this is open only to the first 20 who send in their payments for $12 to events@wrxatlanta.com. Member 21 and up will not have a spot in the corral and will need to purchase their own infield parking permit.

To those in the corral list who have already bought permits: Joyce will be issuing a $25 refund to each one of you. PM me and let me know if you have received your parking permits.

ANNOUNCEMENT 2:
The deadline for mailing tickets from Road Atlanta has passed. All tickets purchased from now onwards must be picked up at Will Call.

i'd prefer if we could arrange a meeting... id rather not mail them out since the event is just over a week away and mail can be slow sometimes... even RA is no longer mailing paperwork
