anyone know who does tire tread cutting?

i'm gonna need to replace a tire in a few weeks. theres good tread on the other 3, but probably too different to put fresh tread next to.

Anyone know of a shop/salon that does this on the NW side?

 

Not sure if they do or not but check with Gran Turismo East.

 

I know you can get it cut for a fee thru tirerack.

and i dont think anyone will shave a used tire (just an fyi)

Yes, you can buy a thread depth tool there or most any auto part shop.

 

take all the tires to GTE and they can determine how much to shave the new tire to match the others.

I need to have a tire shaved as well. How much do they charge?

 

Just for a ballpark figure, they told me that they would shave my Potenza s03 to match the other three that I still have for $20 plus $10 a wheel for mounting. Like I said though, this is only a ballpark.

 

GTE does it they were going to do one for me the other day.
