Hey guys, what are the torque specs on the rear swaybar mounts and endlinks?

Cool, will have to re-check then. I'm getting squeaking and clunking on my whiteline 24 mm RSB. Kartboy endlinks. I tighten them and the squeaking gets worse but clunking goes away, loosen them, no squeaking, tons of clunking :(

Should I lube up the endlink bushings?

Get some lithium grease and just smear it everywhere down there. Don't overtighten that bracket that holds the bushing in. The torsion bar needs to twist in order to work. Make sure you look to see what the specs are for that bracket. I bet its not more than 20 or 30ft/lbs.

Yeah, Everything is torqued to spec. It's not the mounts that are making noise, it's the kartboy endlinks. I lubed those up as well and still have noise, hopefully they'll break in.

Are they spherical endlinks? That matters, because if they aren't there can be a lot of binding.

I don't think they are. Only time I get noise is when both wheels go over the same size bump. If I go over a speedbump sideways, no noise. Is this something I should worry about?

Its probably not really bad, since they are solid metal endlinks, but I don't think you will be able to make the sound go away. The spherical bearings are supposed to allow a larger range of motion. I know Helix and Whilteline both make spherical, but I would just stick with the Kartboy's since you already have them. Unless someone else can comment about it.

Weird, washed my car yesterday, then drove up to the mountains, noise has gone away.

Welp, after a few days up in the mountains the sway bar was clunking again. So I bought a new torque wrench, re-tourqued everything and sprayed copiously with Lithium Grease. Now the clunking is gone as far as I can tell.

Note to self, swaybar installs are fun.
