2nded that mustang must have had some mods to keep up with you on those straights and keep somewhat close on the turns
Yeah, nice video. It looked like the mustang was getting into the corners really well. I'd like to get matt, javid and a few other club members all out together for a track day!
The mustang was pretty nice, He had a pretty nice suspension setup, watts link, adjustable shocks etc... typical mustang track car and he was on 315 hoosiers. His mid corner speed on the sweepers was much higher than mine, mainly because with the stock shocks and springs you really have to settle the car on the tires. Keep in mind because he was generating more speed through that back sweeper then it was easier for him to keep me in sight on the front straight. I expect the car to be about 5 seconds a lap faster with the coilovers. I would love to get on track with some other fast subarus. Matt Maybe we could co-ordinate a track day for the advanced member with one of Scotts SRDECs, so while he is teaching class room sessions we could be out on track.
We're actually working on a trackday up at little tally when they reopen, I'll keep you posted. Great vid
