Just installed, have to say there isn't a very noticeable difference in overall power, but it comes on quicker and it is much smoother.

I also LOVE how they adjusted the throttle by wire system so that it isn't as much like an on/off switch.

Idle seems a bit smoother too.

Ok, so what does having it at 16 do? Just advances the timing a bit? What's the timing start at?

I thought the same thing when I installed mine, it isn't like a dramatic feeling power increase, but it does smooth everything out a lot. I did definitely notice it though when I unmarried the system from my car one time and drove around. Not only was it not as smooth, but there was a noticeable power difference in high rpms.

discontinued one, honestly I may just return it and get a new one when they come out IF the new one provides big enough differences, if not I'll keep what I got.

I don't believe the new one is going to be any better as far as it's tuning capabilities are concerned, more just creature comforts.

The new version just injects a little more turbo juice into the ECU's InterThrillerChillerZone Activator.

Welp, not sure what happened but I think the IAM has moved, the drive home tonight I definately noticed better pull in the 2k to 3k range. Well worth it and highly recommended.
