Ok, maybe it more like screaming for mercy.

I don't know how people can drive slow ass cars. The rental car I have while my body work is getting done has to be one of the slowest cars made.

The irony of it though is that I am more likely to get a ticket in this car than my Wrx. With the soft suspension and zero noise from the engine I have no idea how fast I am driving unless I look at the speedometer. Today I caught myself doing 60 in a 45 a couple of times. Definately not a good idea to be driving that fast down Hwy 92 / Holcomb Bridge.

It's only been 2 days but I can't wait to get my car back.

Rental? When my WRX was at SOG, I had to drive a Forester! That was painful by itself. I can't drive anything slower any more. :( My car ruined my life! There's no looking back.

I have to give the Sentra some credit.

Todays commute was horrible but at least the Sentra has an automatic transmission.

An hour and a half shifting in and out of first gear with a ceramic 6 puck is not very fun.

I have some of the same problems with our patrol cars. We have Interceptor's and Impalla's so they both fall into the no engine noise category. They're really not all that slow though.

I like the Forester. The drive really well to be as tall as they are. The base models are slow but thats what the XT is for. :D

you people are spoiled, I drive an auto 1996 240sx sometimes and I actully enjoy it to run errands around town. It drives perfectly fine, peaceful and quiet, 28mpg on highway and takes 87 octane :)

    doh.

Your comment about 87 octane just made me realize that I put 93 in the Sentra when I filled it up today. It's just such a habit to hit the premium button.

Neal at SoG was also telling me a while back that SoA is not going to be letting the dealership have loaners any more...I am not sure when this goes in place...I hope that it never happens though...

If SoA does that, then SOG needs to have some cars in place that they own to use as loaners. I know my company's prez gets a nice mercedes when he has the car at RBM.

That's no good. Although the only loaners I've ever gotten are Volvos (my hometown dealership is Subaru/volvo/audi I believe).

Man when I found a flaw in the paint on my door and took it to the local Subaru dealership here for warranty repaint, I was stuck driving a freaking Pontiac Montana (minivan) as a loaner for two days. I was in misery.
