K&N Filter Cleaner

    Does anyone have some of this stuff I can borrow? I just got a used K&N filter and need to clean the heck outa it. I'll buy u some lunch? Thanks! -Joe

    It might be worth picking some up, k&n's need frequent cleaning in my experience. unless you want to bum some every 2 months or so, ...i guess that's not too too bad.

    I got some back at home in Mobtown, Just wanna give it a quick shot of some so I can put it on. ;)

    I got mine at Advance Auto Parts. It was fairly cheap, less than $20. The filter should be cleaned probably every other oil change. Or at least thats how often I clean it, because I can see it when I pop the hood. I would definitely pick some up after you borrow some though.

    just don't over oil it.
    You'll gunk up your maf sensor.
     
  7. Ive got a new kit, do you still need to use it? If you can pick it up near Lenox tommorrow Ill bring it with me to work.
