famous wastegate flutter

    Whos has it ? what have you done to get rid it off it (other than loud stereo and exhaust)?

    shorten wastegate actuator arm.

    turnign wont do anythgin for flutter

    I had a flutter until I got an AP, then it stopped.

    live with it i guess....i didn't know there were ways to get rid of it

    becareful with that
    you can get boost spikes if you do too many turns of the arm ajustment

    what you are doin is preloading the wastegate
    I am preloded and still have fluttter

    could be your spring is worn? I dunno. I had it, shortened the arm and it went away. I have no spikes now...although I did when I first cranked up the boost, just had to make some adjustments to the tune.

    i had no wastegate flutter and some bad creep issues, got the turbo ported and now i have flutter. im pretty sure the only definate solution is to change the shape of the opening for the wastegate, but that could always make it worse.

    shortening the wastegate arm is the only easy solution without taking off the turbo, i would recommend give that a try and monitor your boost levels carefully because your base boost will be higher
