My brother lives about 3 miles as the crow flies from RA and you can hear it clear as day when they are running a track day or race.

I can't imagine how loud it would be living that close to a track. Even with the hours only from 8:00am to 6:00pm I am sure the noise will wear on people.

i fell asleep in the middle of this concert by "recycled percussion" or something, basically 4 guys who made lots of noise on trashcans and stuff -_-. i started drooling and my friends were like, wtf? how did you fall asleep!

You would definately want a sound proofed house there. Also, I think it would be cheaper to buy a few hundred acres yourself next to an interstate and have a track all to yourself.

    $700k for a lot + $1800/mo
    versus
    350ac * $2k per acre(out in the boonies like Savanna price) = $700k
and $1800/mo would *pay off* the financed cost of a track fairly quick

I think those lots arn't even developed, so you have to buy the land itself for 675,000, then put in an additional house? I could be mistaken.

It also says up to 3 owners (non-related) per lot is allowed, like that'll help with the rent or anything haha

This is probably my dream nieghborhood.
