I did a couple of years ago. Never cost me any money though... Personally I thought Quake 2 was better. They just started getting too ridiculously fast.
yea..that game gives me a headache from moving too fast. same with Halo.. im a counterstrike/team fortress player though
I loved it years ago, but have been out of the scene a bit. Kids tend to do that to ya...anyways it can get really fast, but like your buddy playing online on select servers they have modded levels that slow the action. Once they start charging for chit you been getting for free it is time to go. The software alone, retail at release, can get pricey much less paying to play on the kewl server. That being said if I had my choice I like the chase em down killem games that I can get faced and zone out for a bit. LOL +1 for Quake3 and 2 for that matter.
Haha Halo is nothing compared to Quake 3+ or Unreal. But I guess I can see where you are coming from being counterstrike player
