actually, someone buy scott this for his birthday http://www.spreadshirt.com/shop.php?op=article&article_id=1192677
Sushi Yoko. It used to be where Sushi Yoshi was. The new sushi Yoshi is on Holcomb bridge and I LOVE IT. Its pretty good. I'm still not sure if i like that better then Haru Ichiban... Theres a Willys near Holcomb Bridge near 141! I love willys more then chiptoles..
Ege Sushi http://www.ege-sushi.com/ If I go to eat sushi and I'm the only white person in there, it has to be good! Actually I go there daily for lunch and they know me as the "Sashimi-no tako lunch girl" since that almost what I always order. The fish quality is good and is one of the only places I can regular find my favorite Aji. MF Sushi sometimes has Aji but it's really expensive and I'm really not into the atmsophere (i think the first time I went we joked about being in a mitsubishi eclipse commercial). Ege is just a small little place, but it's cozy. Besides both of the chefs like cars. I also loved Soto when it was open but it was still too $$$$. Sushi Huku also was good but then their main chef (Fukuya-san) went to work at Nobu in NYC. For korean i usually go to seoul garden or don quixote off of buford, love the soam dofu!
I want a Taco Bell Crunch Wrap Supreme right about now. Taco Bell > Moes. The tamales the illegals bring to work are pretty damn good, I think sunday is tamale night but I dont have to work.
taco valeos rocks! oh and for burritos, the number one must me Tijuana Flats, cant beat the hot bar where you have to sign a waiver to get the hotest hot sauce. Plus I rank chains in this order, Qdoba, Willies, Moes, Chipolte.
Wow. Just wow. I'm off-line for like 12 hours and this happens What is the world coming to... I don't even know what to say about the this I don't know if this is the place to put this, but with so many of the people on this board having contacted me with prayers for my dad, it seems appropriate: The doctors found polyps on his colon in December. He had surgery to remove a section of colon January 10th. They got all the polyps, and it has since shown to have been PRE-cancerous (much better than cancerous). He had complications after the surgery, and then more complications recently, but right now it looks like he might be able to come home tomorrow. All prayers are much appreciated. I am always struck by what a great community/family this board is. Thanks for being there. SS
Oh snap man I didn't even know about this. Prayers and thoughts are with you man. Anything I can do let me know.
Apparently he's "unhooked" from almost everything right now (he's had like 6 tubes hooked to various places). I just got done setting up his new phone (the other was dropped in the hospital) and I'm heading over now. It still looks good to bring him home this afternoon. Please keep praying Thanks a bunch, SS
He's HOME! Still a minor issue that will have nurses here tomorrow and he'll be seeing doctors Monday and Tuesday. But my parents, sister and I had dinner tonight... It was cool. Ashley is still in Atlanta and my sister's soon-to-be-fiance (and the guy that gave me the speed bug) is away at a tournament, so it was just like old times. So from here, prayers for a continued recovery (he still has the illiostomy bag and a catheter) would be much appreciated. After taking this thread so far off track, let's get back to where everybody is taking me to lunch when I get back SS
Good news, My prayers are with you and yours. In food news...I like Chipotole over moes or willys the only other best burrito I ever had was in cali. no place near here. what are the tamales with like sweet corn in them called? :tasty:
