Indeed...I like the color too lol. I'd love to see some pics of your custom work. Especially the intake. How are those coilovers? And the headlights are hot. Debated on getting that done...but maybe in white (to match the paint) like a ferrari or c6 vette. Regardless, that thing is the shiznit.

Those are just msc parts from IRL and Champ cars, a few things from the Panoz Esperante as well... Its the same bars, just haven't installed them yet. I'll post some pictures of the harness bar, it was custom made and painted by a guy that I know.

Did you have to drill some holes to install the harness bar?

I'm about to go put it in the car right now, but no. It mounts to the two top seatbelt mounts, and the two inner rods mount to the lower inside seatbelt mounts. The factory 3-point belts can still be used.

Looks as sexy as when I saw it before ;)

The install went fairly easy. The bar is a really tight fit between the pillars, so the seatbelt mounting points need to be in the down position. For $125... this bar can't be beat!

You guys and your white on gold STIs. You're really making me want to trade up really badly. If I hadn't already done a freaking ton of work to my wagon I would be seriously considering it right now. Maybe in 2010 I'll buy a new model STI in teh white on gold of course. Then I can hand the wagon down to the girlfriend.

not sure if u have the ability to do that... PM me the new title and i'll gladly change it for you

gotta be a mod. or a admin to do that.

yeah debadge it and make it look all clean.

i did on mine except for the front. i have to take out my bumper to do the front one.

  44. Greg

    Greg Active Member

Just make me a mod then ;)

The only problem with debadging, is when I take the front STi stickers off the foglight covers, that'll be the only clean section on them. They've been basically sandblasted by the gravel in the mountains... hundreds of tiny black dots...

I think it looks fine as it is. maybe take the sides off

  47. Greg

    Greg Active Member

i think it'd look good taking the sides off, the fogs, the 'Subaru', and 'Impreza' emblems off. just leave the STi in the grill and the trunk
