So like the Title says. We can oficially sell and tune Cobb Acess. I will get pricing together shortly and if you have any questions, fell free to e-mail dan@batlground.com.
I also just wanted to state that I am thankful for the opportunity to prove to some of you that I can be a nice girl (Dan and Brandon are always nice). I have learned a lot in the past 6 years in this business and I am trying to apply all that I have learned to make our shop a better place for the customers. Cheezy, I know, but true. Thanks again. Shayhorn..OUT!
Here's an update for the community, we are currently in discussion with Batlground regarding vendorship, etc. See you out at the Dyno Day
Tracy vbmenu_register("postmenu_143551", true); Registered Vendor discussing, huh? welcome to the community bg
Awesome....I can't wait to get some work done at the shop when I get back to the mainland...Congrats Tracy and Dan... Mark
Hey! You better stop it or else you will have me over here for life, everyday. I'm not sure you can handle all of this.
Sounds pretty cool, I think batlground is close to where I work. I work off of Windy Hill East of 75.
George you didn't know I was on here? I have been registered for a little while. I wanted to check out the wrx "scene" to help me make my decision on my car. Not that it plays that big of a role but still. And don't flatter yourself tracy. I just figured I'd mess with you.
Lol why thank you. This wiggle guy is very amusing.:wiggle: This guy amuses me as well. :wavey: Okay I'm done being a little kid, prolly see you tomorrow on 5th street again? Expect me to throw a gang sign.
Yep, congrats to You guys (and girls) at Batl! Also, can't wait to check ou tthe shop on Saturday, even though I can't dyno...:wtc:
I, for one am extremely pleased. Its good to have a tuner liked by the community near me. I work right down the road from you, so a lunchtime dyno run would be easily done. Now, a question: I only see one STI under customers, and your wrx shop car. What other wrx's have you done? I'm not doubting you as a tuner shop, but some reference type stuff would be good for getting business. Thanks!
They actually do quite a bit of WRX business, the thing is they aren't a wrx only shop like the other two cobb dealers. Dan is more than capable of tuning anything you can throw at him. Matt
Very cool. Hopefully you can have the pricing figured out for the dyno day. I know I will be interested in a protun from somewhere in the atl.
Yes he can tune anything, supra's, evo's, 240's, civic's, anything. But as far as WRX's go, he just tuned my car Tuesday night. We ended up pulling 235hp and 255tq with a "stage 1" map @14psi. And he's good, he'll do what you what you ask for regarding tuning. Not just a conservative tune and not just a balls to the wall one either. That's something to consider when selecting a tuner. Both Dan and Brandon are great guys and great mechanics. My 2 cents.
We get kind of swamped down here sometimes and it's hard to get all of the customers cars on the website. We have been around for 6 years and trust me when I say we have had more customers walk thru these doors than I could ever post on the website. Not to mention that my server guy get s a little upset if I go to crazy with all of the pics. Banwith is a b*tch and we use lots of it. We have worked on WRX's for several years now, we just tend to lose out with the Cobb Stuff being so popular and us not having the ability to tune it. The "shop" WRX is actually Slowrx's. We sponsored him for a long while. We broke several HP records with his car (I believe. Matt correct me if I'm wrong). His car is here now getting more goodies on/in it. Thanks for all of the kind words.
Good to hear. I figured that there were a few more WRX's that you've tuned, but for some reason I've been on this board for almost 2 years and I am just now hearing about your shop... Now that you are officially onboard with the Cobb stuff, maybe we'll hear some good stories about what you are getting out of our cars. Don't be afraid to post up some results!
I don't know how to post it But I'll e-mail it for you to post up. StarquestAndyR, You probably hadn't heard of us on this site because we didn't sponsor the site. You're not really allowed to promote your shop on forums unless you sponsor them. That's just the way it goes. But we have been in business for 6 years like I already mentioned. So Dan is a well versed tuner. Previously Cobb had certain territory agreements and we were a little late on jumping on the boat, but they recently changed the territory rules to allow for one more shop in the area based on the great population. We have been more well known in the past for our 1400 hp Supra, our 670 awhp pump/meth Evo and our 2 car drift team. Most recently our drift team has been all over the Speed Channel and in every magazine you can think of. I think I will start an introduction to the shop thread since I realize we are new to a lot of folks on this board.
