06+ trunk subaru emblem delete

    anyone have any ideas on how to do this nicely?

    it screws in right?....might have to have a body shop fill the hole in and repaint....

    There's no real smooth way. It has 2 stems that pass through the trunk and have nuts or what not on the inside. If you pull it out, you'll be left with 2 holes. Odds are, the cleanest removal would be to take it out, bondo or what not the two holes and repaint them.

    hmm...maybe make a new emblem for back there...for milo it could be a black wrx that covers up the holes...

    what would you think about remving the blue backing and painting it black like i was gonna do to amol's

    that would probably work... but i might prefer a pink 'i' :D

    They come apart relatively easy and you could definately go for something like that.

    Here's what I was talking about previously, bumper bolts. Ive even seen Porsche use these on the front ends...
