Between the Walbro 255 High Pressure Fuel Pump and the Walbro 255 regular pressure fuel pump?

Why would I need, or not need, the high pressure pump?

The regular is what you want. I don't think there's a difference anyway. Just a type-o.

Yeah, that is what I have been told.

I just want to know what the difference is between the two.

    No one seems to know.

It shows up on various vendors. I forget where I've seen it... Somewhere on NABISCO IIRC.

I posted this question on NASIOC as well, and I got a solid answer there regarding the difference. I want to share it because it is an important difference...

This is a response from Hotrod

Based on the vauge answers I have been getting, I would have bought the wrong pump. I did review the graphs that hotrod is talking about, but they didn't mean anything to me, because I don't know the potential fueling requirements of FI applications.
