Does anyone have any experience porting and polishing? Or can anyone recomend a shop?

What are you looking to P&P? Deadbolt has a great reputation for doing turbos...

Mainly the exhaust manifold, but eventually the throttle body, intercooler pipes, turbo exhaust etc...all of it.

This is my daily driver, and I'd rather get it done locally, preferably same day. I would do it myself, but I have zero experience with p&p.

This all started the other day when I discovered an exhaust manifold gasket leak. I figure while I have the manifolds off the car, might as well port and polish them. Not that it is a big deal to take them off, I just don't like wasting gaskets. I am really tempted to give it a shot myself...but on the other hand I don't want to screw up.

I know a vendor on Nasioc sells an exhaust manifold that is pnp'd and is ceramic coated. With an injen cross-pipe it's dynoed for more power and faster spool. I believe he charges a core fee unless you send him the original.

    Yeah, thats it:coolugh:

I am going to let the P&P and coat my Intake mani, exahust mani, x-pipe, and the TGV's......late summer early fall. By then I should have my EVO16g and EWG......
