Step 2 Peel away 2 to 3 segments of shell from the tail to expose more meat. Step 3 Pinch the bottom end of the tail while carefully pulling the meat out of the shell. Step 4 For an extra mouthful of flavor, gently suck the seasoned juices out of the head, or insert a finger into the cavity and scoop out the golden “fat”.

They can only hold reservations for 15 minutes AFTER the time, and ALL party members must be present to be seated....sooo, PLEASE make EVERY effort to get there in time, or call me @ 678-777-8032 to let me know if you won't be making it. Damn that was good! Nothing like getting an extra pound comp'd b/c they bring out 1 instead of 2 pounds...haha I've definitely been converted to a 3lb guy - damnit! Great turnout tonight; enjoyed the ride back up 85 too. Did anybody remember to find out the actual date when it stops?

Changed the date to Next week! Next Tuesday, 4/24, at the Alpharetta location at 7:30PM. As stated above, PLEASE make every effort to get there AT LEAST 15 minutes prior so that we can be seated in a timely manner...thanks for making this a hit guys and girls!!

wow, it was fun seeing everyone again and meeting some new faces...the crawfish were great and I even got a chance to try alligator!! good stuff :bigthumb:
oh, so i had crawfish for the first time this sunday. I don't think ive ever been so scared while eating food , it wasn't bad but not something i would do often. I don't like doing work for food (shrimp, crawfish etc.) except for crab legs because those are just amazing

You are correct, sir!! FYI though....tonight is apparently All you can Eat Alaskan Snow Crab as well....So, they aren't taking any reservations. Hopefully, they aren't too busy, but if they are, we're going to head somewheres else...We'll figure that out when we know what's up at Pappadeaux....
