My Brother in Law used to have a yearly party, but with my sister bid time Prego 2 years ago, and an infant in the house last year, he hasn't been able to do it. He is bringing it back this year. We will have Live Music, Food, and drinks. All are welcome to come. I have never been able to experience his party, with me only being here for about 2 1/2 years, but he said they have gotten really big. Don't worry about RSVPing, like the flyer says, just post up here and I will keep a head count.

sounds like a fun time! However, if it is indeed a BIG party, from my experience, one keg will get floated quickly. I had 3 kegs at my old house for last year's 4th of July, a good 50-60 people put them all down by 1 AM. My rule has been that if it is a one kegger, no charge. If we had 2 or more kegs, $5 a cup, drink all night (ladies drink free, of course:naughty: )
Depending on the Head count, additional kegs may be added. My Brother in Law and his friends don't drink much, but I know a couple of our club members very well, and know that one keg will be kicked probably within the first hour. So far, we are on the right track to need at least 1 more keg, if not more. As for charging for drinks, I doubt we will do that. It's not a College Party that can easily justify charging for cups. It all depends though. If we need to pick up 2 or 3 more kegs, then DONATIONS may be appreciated, but most likely not required.
