ha, it'd be fun to do somethin crazy with LED taillights, like rig it up to an LED bar graph driver IC so the amount of braking you apply affects the brightness and pattern.

 

LED's in the rear stating you just lost FTW! hahaha

I've always thought that would be a great idea...the brake lights get brighter the more pressure you apply.

Another idea would be to have a small hand held panel with 3 LED bars: (1) steering input, (2) throttle position and (3) brake pedal pressure. Could be quite useful at an SRDEC

Combine that with GPS and accelerometers and you could tell when your car is losing traction.
