The weather is calling for 60% chance of isolated thunderstorms from 4pm today all the way until tomorrow night. Does anyone know what Formula D does in cases of crappy weather?

    They slide. Rain or shine:naughty:

Yesterday was the overall the worst practice/warm-up runs I've ever seen! But during the qualifying round they really got theit sh!t together and were amazing to watch.
What I really liked was teh Drift Suby. 1st off: it was beautiful, great sound and power. But he was messing up a lot...but in his defense these cars were meant to go around corners fast. And to coax the car to do otherwise earns my respect

    Can't wait to go today

Yeah he kept spinning out, like he did not have enough power. I wonder if he qualified.

rofl that guy had like 10 words in his vocabulary!! He kept saying that Japanese guy's name "Nob" and how he "came all the way from japan."

But yea, very badass! If I had brought my camera i would post some pics but i didn't :p

EDIT: And I was sad that we couldn't watch the suby run because it broke an axle!!

    2 things....

    1. Sorry I didn't get a chance to really hang out with you guys, had to do lil things here and there for the job. Nice to meet those of you I did meet. Great time....even wit the rain ;)

    2. I talked to the guy wit the drift Scoob(real nice guy...French guy Vernier I think). Said he decided to build a Sti to drift because his friend had an Evo and just wanted to "one-up him." LOL! This was the 1st time he's ever driven the car outside of just testing/tuning(it showed). It's actually an 04 STi with an 06 front end. And that Seibon "Gold Metallic Flake Carbon Fiber hood"(his words) was soooooooooooooooo gorgeous(comes in silver metallic too). I told him WrxAtl was cheering for him and he said if he won he'd give us a shout-out(see how that turned out).

Great time! Wish you guy were there for the Friday runs. No real technique, but a lot of action

Who ended up winning? I left after the last run

    Thought he would.
It should have been Forsberg against Foust... Rhys didn't deserve to move on after that last run he had. He was runnin strong all day, up until that point:hsnono:

We carded him. Wonder if he got it. It wasn't there when we walked back past it about 20 minutes later.

I was down in the t-shirt booth across from the 70's model Nissan Sklyline. I was helping out a buddy from CALI selling shirts.
