Sucks to be on the receiving in. Now, I don't get what they were arguing about working at that chiropractor place, it has to nothing to do with anything. Were they repoing it? Who was that random guy? A passer-byer who knows what the guy is doing is legal? (pretty nice of him if so)
I think he was just illegally parked. It looked residential but I think somehow it was hospital employee parking only, and dude couldn't prove it... It was hilarious how he was like, I'm gonna tell my lawyer!!! Dude, you file shit for a living and can't pay $92 to get your car back... something tells me you don't have a lawyer...
