    Just saw this on digg and OMG this is insane! Such a huge engine inside a car that normally has a tiny engine! Reminds me of the Clio V6, but with double the engine!

    The Clio had the looks (at least I thought so...) but never the performance to match its price. Was priced like an STi/EVO and both those cars pwned it performance wise...

    that is soo nice!! doubt it will make it to production though.

    I'm a huge VW fan so this is making me drool... I'd expect about $50K for that. Much more and I couldn't justify it. It's still a VW. The R32 was so tasty, but for $35 there are other cars to consider.

    I have a feeling that if it ever did get produced it would definitely be more than that. 650hp, limited production, and all the bodywork would likely drive the price tag up a lot higher than 50k. That is if they ever decided to produce it, which I doubt.

    I think I read somewhere that the car was around 6 feet wide....

    Pretty insane, you'll be using the engine as an armrest though... gotta be pretty hot in there....
