Remove DRL on 06 STi

    guys need help, Does anyone know if I can remove the DRL? Thanks

    ok, you DO NOT need to remove the glove box to unplug the DRL Module. Simply tuck under the glove box with your head and look UP, TO THE RIGHT, and BACKWARD (towards where your passengers knees would be), you will see a 10 pin harness (YELLOW) in color, push the tab on the harness and pull DOWN TOWARD THE FLOOR. KISS THOSE DAMN DRLs GOODBYE!!!!!!

    ok guys, I guess I'm not too good with electronics, when I look down there was a lot of plugs so which on is it? I did on but was the AC :p I know you said was the yellow one but since that is a big plug, wouldnt dissable something else? thanks

    Like Greg said you dont need to remove the glove box. But since you were not able to find the yellow harness, go ahead and remove it. :)
    That's nothing wrong with removing it I guess.

    well my main concern is if I removed that 10 pins would it disable something else too? :D

    No, just the DRL... Trust me ;) Before you go anywhere tho, check and make sure that they ar infact off when the e-brake is down... Just to be sure that you didn't unplug the wrong one.

    Thanks for making the job so easy! btw it was cool to meet you at the shoot and your "custom" tbe sounds so mean and clean :bowdown: ...don't swap it man! :wtc:
