How do you measure if your front end is straight

    don't you measure across from bolt to bolt?
     
  2. What exactly are you checking? to see if subframe is straight??

    have you been in an accident recently.
    doing an alignment would give you a good idea if the subframe is bent
     
  5. Not sure... usu. svc. manual tells you where to measure.

    What I've always done, to line things up, is find the center line of the drive train (engine, tranny, diff) and then measure out from there. It all SHOULD be symmetrical
