Must be another guy then. Both go to KSU, there's this other guy named Charles that owns a blue evo, he might be the one you mentioned.

Ah... a simple Google search yielded "Touge (峠, tōge?) is a Japanese word literally meaning "pass." It refers to a mountain pass or any of the narrow, winding roads that can be found in and around the mountains of Japan and other geographically similar areas." 4TOUGE = Built 4 Touge... Get it?
Gotcha. Haha I just noticed it on Jason's license plate, another guy had a decal, then I saw your sig. I googled "4 touge" but nothing was blatantly obvious and I didn't feel like searching any harder
I just cut those "4touge" stickers for a few of the guys on here that run the mountains with us. we have a good bit left.
