http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7Ts94rjr4M The driver has a 99% chance of dying - the dummy gets sucker punched by the steering wheel! Thank god Chinese cars are not big here in America...hnoes:
ah the landwind, and yet china still hasn't learned their lesson. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1292502 I don't even trust hyundai, really i can't believe they're cranking out decent/possibly better cars then other competitors
Hyundai just saves money by ripping off the exterior design of other cars. The new Tiburon looks just like a 350Z/G35 and one of the older blatantly copied Benz's headlight design. I still wouldnt own one but consumer reports shows them as being very reliable.
I think they are working on ripping off Jag now. There newer luxuryish cars are very much copying the Jaguar Front End.
That is pretty amazing. Normally the steering / dash have very little movement in that type of test. Any chance the video is a fake?
Hyundai has pretty fantastic crash test ratings these days. They also have a stellar warranty, and excellent reliability ratings. Better believe the koreans are building fine cars these days. As for the Brilliance BS6... it's interesting that they're actually going for sale in Europe; I doubt they could ever be marketed here in the US with those safety deficiencies. I mean, FFS, the entire passenger cabin is a crumple zone.
