Need help chaning my axle

Well as you all know my car is getting sold this tuesday . Recently i found out that my front passenger side axle boot is leaking grease. I think i can change this myself, but at the same time don't want to do anything wrong because the new owner is driving the car all the way up to MI. If some one can give me a helping hand/tools to do this either today or tomorrow...it will be very much appreciated .
