    there is a guy on NASIOC that runs his bugeye in this...it looks fun as hell

    wouldn't you think most tuned bugeyes could hit top speed quicker than the full mile? i think it'd be about a quarter mile of sitting around with your speedo pegged.

    IIRC he had the PPG gears...and dont forget how unaerodynamic our cars are...it takes a while to gain speed at the top end

    on the list from March, one guy in a 2004 STi hit 170, I didn't think it was aerodynamically possible.
