YESTERDAY I CLOSED ON MY TOWNHOUSE. ITS OFF OF HICKORY GROVE RD NEAR WADE GREEN AND 75. I JUST WANTED TO GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JAROME AND HIS GIRL DANIEL ALONG WITH ALEX FOR HELPING GET MOVED IN LAST NIGHT. WE MOVED TILL AROUND 1 AM LAST NIGHT AND I COULDNT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THE EXTRA HELP, SO AGAIN THANKS A BILLION TIMES GUYS :bowdown:.

my townhouse is off of hickory grove road at baker. thats my old stomping grounds. we haven't sold it yet cuz of the market. my parents are just using it as a hotel basically when they make their monthly trips to atlanta for my mom's furniture store. congrats stephen. next time i'm up we'll all have to hang out again
really? sweet! yeah, i think they are all selling for like 155,000 right now and we paid 158,000 for it. so it doesnt make sense with agent's commission to sell it now.

haha. cool. my mom said that one around the corner from me was for sale and the last couple of days they were up there they had noticed that the sign wasn't there any more. must've been yours. my addy is 2591 willow grove rd. i have the stained back patio. but if i'm ever back up there for any reason then i'll be sure to drop by. i think the only time in the forseeable future is next friday for the day only, to shop for cars with my dad. And on the weekend of november 3rd i may be up there cuz i'm gonna be going to the UGA homecoming football game then.
