Help, car is pulling to left

So, I got that great deal thanks to Kevin at Discount tire... I got 4 Kumho ASX, i left my wheels there and then picked them up after they were mounted.

what i thought at first was tramlining, seems to be something different. under med to WOT throttle, the car pulls to the left, and on lift/engine braking, it pulls to the right. i doesn't seem to pull when i'm just at even throttle.

i looked more closely at the tread design, and it looks like a uni-directional, but all tires were mounted in same direction (see photo below)

the left side tread looks "correct" and the right side looks "reversed" (this is me judging by the water channel direction when going forward). could this be it? there was no "right" or "left" on the sidewall, just "outside".

the car did not pull one way or the other with the re070 tires, which are worn.
any help would be appreciated. it's annoying and i don't want to fry the diff.

If there isn't an arrow on the sidewall indicating the direction of the rotation of the tire, I wouldn't think it's that.

Does is say outside on the outside of all the tires? From the looks of it, it doesn't.

Check pressures, and check TREAD DEPTH all around.

Different depths will make the helical and suretrac front diffs pull the car on power.

I'll 2nd checking pressures. My car seems like it does the exact same thing if the pressure is off my a couple PSI side to side.

maybe try swapping tires on the front and see if it follows the tire, after checking the pressure of course.

    it does

well on the sidwall design there is an arrow like design, check the link for pics of the sidewall in brian's post

they look correct on one side, wouldn't ASYM tires require a right and left for AWD? otherwise it would be like driving with slightly different treads. i'm gonna check the psi though.

they are brand spankin new, the tread depth should be the same. send me a link where i can BUY a tread depth gauge ;)

It doesnt matter and I dont care if they came straight out of the mold still smoking hot. You didnt have a pulling issue with the RE070s, you installed these, now you do.

    THERE IS A PROBLEM.

    Find it.

I am 99% sure its a tire issue, whether it be PSI, tread direction, or depth (either related to PSI to a defective tire).

Most any auto parts store should have a tread depth gauge.

so i checked the tire pressures :squint:... bare in mind that these were "professionally mounted" :weaksauce:

    FL: 44
    FR: 30
    RL: 36
    RR: 29

i'm a dumb-ass and expected them to actually get the psi straight :pssh:

anyways, it doesn't pull to one side anymore. although i'm still curious about ASYM tires that are backwards on half the car... you would think the "forwards" would be optimal grip and water channeling.

    thanks for everyone's help :wavey:
