I was looking at switching out my pulleys on the car. I'm looking at the GFB set. Is it worth it to do all of them, or should I go with just the crank? Also what potential problems can come from doing this?

    Thanks

If you're going to do that just get something like the Perrin or UR lightweight crank pulley. Underdrive pulleys will just cause your alternator to spin slower resulting in more dimming of headlights (already a problem on these cars).

Lightened pulleys free up some hp, I'm not sure how much but they help throttle response. Just dont ever put on a lightweight flywheel if you're running one or you'll get misfire CELs all day long.

some say it deharmonizes(?) the crank shaft, but there are no harmonic dampneners in the oem crank...

Lightweight everything only causes regular missfire CELs on AVCS-DBW engines w/stock ECU.

Ashley25's 04 WRX has the UR underdrive-lightweight pulley set (Crank, ALT, PS) as well as the Exedy 12lb flywheel.

    NEVER had a missfire CEL.

ZERO problems with the charging system.
