Well, went and took a look at it today. The dirty portions are just old, yellowed clear bra that can be taken off. It'll take a little work, and it certainly isn't worth 26 k, but who knows, it may be mine in a few weeks.
If it's the same one I was looking at, to me it looked like the rear 1/4 was repainted. I walked out to the car with my mud guard to see if it would fit and that area of the bumper didn't look OEM.
its a clear bra. its on fucking everything. and to be honest, I may not even get another subaru, the sti didn't light my fire like I thought it was going to.
