Does anyone know how to get my steering wheel to stop shaking when I touch the breaks?

Either machine or replace the front rotors

do they shake under a heavy brake, slight touch, or both? Could also be a balance.. I recommend balancing the fronts first because its a lot cheaper!

Sounds like you had a fun trip to the mountains recently... You can also pick up OE rotors for super cheap, like less than $40.

I'm going to go with rotors as well.
