Hello. Since introductions are de regueur, here's mine. As of a few months ago, I'm the owner of an 05 9-2X, which everyone knows is the best-looking Subaru ever built. It was purchased to be a tow vehicle, but since my 'zuki SV650S was stolen, I guess it's currently my speed outlet... though even with the Cobb Stg1 map, it's still pretty slow. I'm an old-hat with tuning and performance, and had some RX-7s back in the day. Turbos for the win. Anyway, hi. Brandon
Should be able to make 320 ft. lbs. with an exhaust and some solid tuning. Throw in an intake and intercooler if you want to but they're not necessary. Check out my journal thread (below) if you wanna see how I did it.
No... not with those mods anyway... sorry, I just thought it had the 2.5 So yeah, you should be able to make like 230 with those mods then. :coolugh:
Welcome from yet another 9-2X owner. Yea get a gutted UP, TBE, and then take it to Scott and you will get 230ish hp with 250ish torque. What color? Black 05 Aero here.
Well, less I can get my saaby up to the same power-to-weight ratio as my old SV (quick calculation... 555hp), I'm just going to keep it as the tow vehicle it was intended to be! Well, a modded tow vehicle. I did autox it at AvA last weekend, though, which is always fun and I plan on making it to autocrosses when possible. Thanks for the warm welcome!
