Ya there was one of these on Top Gear were a guy in a wing suit raced a Porsche Cheyenne S on a dirt road. Was pretty sick.
there was a guy who attached mini jets to his feet and went cruising along in a wingsuit. I've thought about pursuing skydiving and having a wingsuit would be badass.
Wingsuit aka nylon crack. Very awsome, quite dangerous. Look for a video call Soulflyers (there are 2 now). Those vids have some of the sickest wingsuiting stuff I have ever seen. And I've been seeing it for over 7 years. The BASE stuff is the craziest. There's a reason I dont BASE, I'd like it too much.
dropzone won't let you jump with a wing suit unless you have at LEAST 100 jumps... and they won't be happy unless you have 500 jumps.

Those guys have been jumping the fijords <sp?> since they were kids. it started with BASE and progressed to wingsuiting when wingsuits started becoming a little more safe. I've no desire to make those runs in a wingsuit, but I'd be all over it under my canopy. Damn that makes me wanna go skydive... one more day of work...

that happened a couple years ago. People have been doing that trick for a while, it just so happens there were lots of cameras in place when an accident happened. I know a lot of wingsuiters, and none willing to try that madness. When humans battle the earth, the earth always wins.
