dude this noodle dish I made, I cant even pronounce it--its something like hwyaiwngian mao paht. Its amazing.
Alex, Do you have an online recipe you're following that's sharable? Since you got me thinking abut stir-fry I was looking at recipes and found the following description for "Pad Kee Mao" which is kind of funny since it translates indirectly to "Drunken noodles" and describes the person eating the dish. I thought this was too funny. Blurb: "Pad Kee Mao is a versatile dish. It can be made with noodles, spaghetti, without noodles and served on rice, with seafood… you name it. Essentially you can make anything ‘kee mao’ by including a lot of chilies, fresh peppercorns & holy basil. In Thai, ‘pad’ means to stir-fry, and ‘kee mao’ means someone who likes to drink too much. ‘Kee’ literally means ’shit’, and adding ‘kee’ in front of any verb means it’s a bad habit. ‘Mao’ means drunk.
