Rim shop?

Discussion in 'Modifications & DIY how-to' started by midnight_rider, Jan 27, 2008.

  1. So while in the process of lowering my car I see that the inside lip of two of my rims are bent. This may be a stupid question but is there a shop that can fix the bend or will I have to end up buying a new set?

understand that depending on the severity of the bend, most aluminum wheels CAN'T be repaired. aluminum is too soft and can eventually break.

thanks Meredith...Kieran is the man. GTE has blown my expectations away with tire mounitng and alignments and I just got off the phone with him about the curb rash. They do use wheel wizard (its practically right around the corner).
