Well there's the day shots. I just simply took a quick shot and the sun was behind me so glare is bad. At lunch I will walk out and take some more pics with the lights on too. Also the car is FILTHY from the rain and dew this morning so there is no condensation in it...that's dew you see in the pics. I think I did pretty good. Everyone tells me it looks OEM and it only took me a day to do! I'm proud of myself!
I will tonight when I go to my parents to aim the lights since they have flat level cement vs my bumpy dirt drive. They are a little low right now.
Congrats looks good... I will be doing mine on my 03 soon. I will be using FX 35 to do the retro on my car.
I think it's the photo since I took that one at a different angle. It may be off....heh it was my first man! Let me walk out and double check.
Alex it is centered the same but the pass side is recessed in maybe 1/4 inch more. Noticeable if you look for it but not that much. I'm fine with it. If I ever break the lights apart then I will fix it.
What type of lens? They were manufactured with 3 different lens types, with only 1 of the types being acceptable to my standards.
Now that Alex and Josh have whored up my thread here's some more shots I just took. Caesar (LightWerkz) said this was very normal... Cutoff....the road is very slanted here.
Output shots. I also noticed I screwed up. The high beams are now pretty much fog lights. I pointed the projectors the wrong way and I need to fix that. However these are so freaking bright that I doubt I'll ever turn the highs on!
it does NOT look factory!!! nothing looking that good comes from a factory... this is very hard to do and no screw up. pat yourself on the back. i don't have big enough balls to take mine apart... (I did with the '03 because i had a spare set and they cost a LOT less)
