Ya know, I would hope not due to the fact that the person holding the account actually gave out their information...I know that when I get something that actually looks legit, i research and make calls....then its false. If one is not even smart enough to find out if its real or not...oh well, your stupidity. Same as if you point a gun at your head and pull the trigger. Keep in mind you don't live in a country where there is very little opportunity and lots of corruption. My friend who grew up in the UK but parents were born in Nigeria told me that life for most people there really sucks if you are not well off.
