Yes it's true and a sad state of affairs. Although no eye witnesses have been found. We have hard evidence linking Moderator ScoobyBlkWRX to the offense against the underaged Black STi. We have reason to believe he forcefully inserted objects into the Subaru. When asked about the incident the STi stated that it was scared and did not know what to do. The owner after finding the STi in the catatonic state contacted local authorities and requested aid in capturing the offender. No word as of yet to the true identity of the offender, but authorities believe they will have answers soon.:keke:

naw i work for a construction company and we're doing a small job for Strayer University, I was going to lunch and seen your car......theres another silver 06-07 with a bike rack next to the Strayer building i seen for the past couple days...and I surprised you didn't hear me driving around the parking lot...
I was probably out for lunch with my company when you came by. That and my office is on the other side of the building so I probably would not have noticed it.

Yep that was me. I'm really trying to avoid putting any stickers on it, I've been there and done that and now try to restrain myself from doing it again.
