ModeratorScoobyBlkWRX in Vinings this morning?

    I saw a blacked out wagon in the Vinings Junction shopping center this morning around 10am. I think it may have been ModeratorScoobyBlkWRX. Exhaust sounded very MEAN going up Cobb Pkwy.
