If we can have 50 show up from metro atlanta, I'm sure it could go as high as the BMW club did. Lets break a world record. I seriously doubt that WRXatl alone can do it. I'm sure we could get up about 50 ppl, but we'd have to get with nasioc and iwsti and other local boards to surpass the bmw number.
Since there is no Suby Challenge this year, maybe this can be the thing that the E-thugs spam every thread with instead?
I can talk to some reporters from a local tv station to try to get a story as well. (Now I wait for Matt)...
The Bimmer guys did this to beat a previous Guinness World Record. That had people from all over come down for this. The only way it would be possible imo, is to do something similar. We would have to show the suby guys all over the US that we were doing this for a specific reason (such as a record) to be able to unite enough of us to make it happen.
all I know 270+ subies in a row would sound amazing....beyond amazing...i think it could be done...would take a lot of work but could be done....
well in the end of that thread are posts from last moth already getting somestuff in the works but to get the right amount of cars we almost have to do a SE big meet. kinda like the guys from the Midwest do it. we had 2 on the board at that time dont think they could make it.
