Im hoping for some help on this one.

I hit a pothole with my front passenger side tire about 3 weeks ago. Not a huge pothole but big enough i guess. Ever since then i have noticed vibrations through my car and most noticably in my steering wheel. It vibrates enough to were my hand feels wierd after an extended time and I can feel it on the floor with my feet.

I noticed my tires were i need of replacement so I swapped out my 16" stockers for 17" FN01Rs and Falken 452s thinking maybe bent rim. Still notice the vibration when i go over 60mph, but only on most road surfaces. There are some spots in the road the ride seems better.

I was going to have an alinghment done, but my car seems to drive pretty straight.

I would be grateful for any words of advice.

i'd get your alignment checked..... my car is driving straight right now eventhough I bent my rear suspension a month ago. Alternatively I would also check the balance of your wheels...

The wheels were balanced at the same time they were mounted. Should I have them rebalanced? And the new tire and wheels were done this weekend.

It's possible to throw a weight.... then your wheel balance is off. I'd seriously get an alignment.

yeah I suspect it's most likely out of balance, same thing happens in my car. Unfortunately my tires have been deemed unbalanceable as they are just slightly out of balance. rather annoying, I'm hoping new tires + wheels will fix it.

Cool. Thanks a ton. I will bring it back into Discount tire and have them rebalance and replace any missing weights.

If he already replaced the wheels how can it be a wheel weight? I say alignment

Yep the alignment did it. Took into Troncalli, which is about a mile away, and got it back today. Everything is better, soooo much better.
