2: Make a U-TURN at SUGAR VALLEY DR NW onto SUGARLOAF PKWY NW. 0.5 mi

3: Merge onto I-85 N/ GA-403 N toward GREENVILLE. 21.3 mi

4: Take the GA-53 exit, EXIT 129, toward BRASELTON/ HOSCHTON. 0.2 mi

5: Turn LEFT onto GA-53/ GREEN ST. Continue to follow GA-53. 4.4 mi

coming from columbus am i better off just going straight to road atlanta or is it not that far out of my way to meet up with you guys?

 

This is straight inline to Road Atlanta. You will not be going out of your way to get there.

Who has an easy up tent, portable grill, etc...? We need to plan this better than last year. It was great having Alex's Propane Grill, but sucked that we didn't have any utensils to flip burgers and the likes. Luckily we had cool neighbors that let us use their stuff, but we need to plan ahead better this time.

I have 2 camping chairs, and a not-easy-up-tent that I will bring as an absolute last resort.

I can also bring Burgers and buns, and some beer

 

As long as I get brake pads from Battleground in time I will definitely be there. If not I'll be there but the STi will be sitting. If we can verify somebody is bringing a grill I'd be more than happy to bring a handful of burgers, buns, etc. Any thoughts on where we are going to park? It would be cool to get a spot behind the concrete seating maybe line them up in the grass.

I've got some utensils I can bring. I don't have anything that will cook burgers though.
I'll be bringing beer and a few other chairs.

I have a small grill, it can probbaly cook 10-12 burgers at a time depending the size of them. I'll bring that and some beer if someone will spare me a couple of burgers

If camping were allowed for this event, I would go Friday night, camp out and watch the good stuff Saturday, but no camping is allowed for the event.

 

I'm down (Saturday)! I'll bring a cooler and a case of beer, probably Bud Select. Anyone else bringing their girl? Don't wanna bring mine and have her sit there and read a book all day or some shit

My woman and i will be there, with about 4 or 6 other people. I dont know any of you, so i may see you guys there.

This will be my first chance to meet any of you in person I'm looking forward to it. No idea who all will be with me yet, but wifey is not coming to the track. This will be my 5th year going to D1, and because some of you mentioned you were bringing your significant other this was the first year I almost convinced her. Maybe next year.

 

I will bring some beer and brats and maybe some beer brats.

 

I'm going. I'm sure Face will give in and come too... he knows he'll regret it if he doesn't.

Steven needs a ride, if I got room I can do it but I got my production team and equipment.

I will be there both days too! in the Twin turbo impreza! I bought my two day ticket early and got a free parking pass:naughty:

 

I'll show up, hopefully won't get lost like last year. haha....i don't have tickets yet, i'll have to buy them over there. and bring my small cooler with some drink and such, and my chairs. No tent this year, I learned my lesson last year. Cheap Walmart tents = FAIL!

i might get to drive the classic sti so i may not need a ride after all. its still up in the aie as im waiting for an ok from management ill let the people who offered me a ride know if i still need one by friday

 

You can order tickets online and pick up at Will Call. That's what I did the other day.

Damn...I just got an opportunity to get a couple free tickets if I show up at 8:30am to help a local company set their booth up. I really don't wanna miss the caravan though :hs:. Haven't been in the area at all - think I would still be able to move my car near you guys when you show up?

Should be able to assuming you do it soon enough. Regardless, I have the WRXatlanta Banner somewhere in my house. I will bring it, and we can hang it from the tent, so we should be easy to find if you haven't met most of us.
