I have been hunting for a coupe since I knew they existed and yesterday finally got me one. First thing to go will be all the FUCKING stickers and neon! Looks like the only thing she MUST have at this point is a battery and a radiator both of which are on the way.

    Enjoi...

If you have anything you want to sell "cheap" LOL, I am looking for some stuff to start modding.
    Items of interest:
    STI exhaust
    suspension parts

Looking to probably trade the wheels for something I like better it has Kosei Racing 17's with nearly all the tread left.

you can have my stock 15's...and the exhausts are pretty cheap, but you know that.

I'll take the neons and put them on my minivan!
    And those fogs, haha!

some stuff that needs to be done, CV's several of them if not all, wheel bearings I think. Loose the fart can bolt on muffler.

Stuff I need to find out...Do you know if??? My rotors and calipers from my WRX will swap right over? Is it an upgrade from the stock ones on the coupe?

well I have had alot of interest in the process I used to restore the luster to the hood and drivers front fender.

BIG props to Alex (FACE) for pointing me in the right direction...

I purchased 2 products by Turtle Wax (pictured below)

    1) Turtle Wax Premuim Grade Rubbing compound in the green squirt bottle.

    2) Turtle Wax Liquid Paste WAX also in a squirt bottle.

Basically I just went to town with good old fashion elbow grease (I WILL use an orbital next time). Yes, I grabbed a terry cloth hand towel, well 2 of them, and just scrubbed like hell…NO circular motions. Back and fourth only.

The first go around (with compound) I sweated just about all the fluids out of my body and was fairly aggressive, at times I thought I may dent the hood.

The second round I took it a bit easier, probably ½ as aggressive as the first round.

Then took a spare sponge that I had and used the Turtle WAX liquid paste and went over the affected areas 3 times to get the shine back.

    Products used:

Another thing is I bought what was available and am SURE there are products that are superior. It worked, it looks good, but it could look much better. A close up look will reveal what I speak of.

Good job for using subpar products! You must have rubbed the clear right off that car...lol. If you use a polish inbetween those two it will look even better!

yup not a big Turtle wax fan but the other products were pricy and I did not want to blow money and have no results. I am pleased for now...Just have to get the other stuff fixed up.
