Back when my car was an auto, the previous owner had rigged up the IC sprayer to automatically spray at WOT. I'm not sure how it was spliced together since I had the entire wiring harness swapped out when I did the tranny swap. If anyone else has done this where did you tap into? If there's a way to tap off a boost line to spray above a certain boost level I'm open to that option, or if the TPS has good 12V signal at WOT that could also work. Right now my setup is the rear windshield sprayer motor is plumbed up to nozzles above the IC, I know that it runs on a 12V signal.
hrm I'm never heard of that. maybe use a pressure switch that will spit out 12v when a threshold has reached? are you referring to how the A/C cuts out at WOT? I thought maybe the ECU does that internally (speculation here)
at the WOT output. I would put a switch on the TB...kinda like when ppl setup NOS to wot, they setup a switch on the TB that triggers it.
wot = wide open throttle Bobby, you may want to look through this thread. Click Here It looks like it may help you out.
