The owner let me take it out for a spin after we finished it, it was really really nice to drive.

It didn't add any power but it will keep your power steering pump from puking fluid all over your super hot upipe and burning your car to the ground which I would say is probably worth a few hp.

and if that's Matt, he's speaking from experience...I saw the old PS lines off of another car and you could see where they melted right through...

Matt, was that the kit you were showing us this past weekend? I'd really like to see some pictures of that installed.

Yeah, with rotated kits and external gate upipes, the power steering line is really close to the turbo, it needs to at minimum be wrapped and I prefer to change them to a braided teflon line and put fire sleeve on them. Power steering fluid is pretty flammable.

Sweet numbers! And yeah, I think more than one person on the forum has had their turbo doused in PS fluid. Doesn't sound fun.

    See you guys tomorrow!

Wait so it's the rotated kits that tend to melt PS lines? That's the first time I've heard of that.

Something else to add to the shopping list.

That's a nice low end car there....instant spool and power delivery.

Yeah rotated kits and external gate upipes, tend to be closer to the lines than I like.

I usually wrap customers wiring harnesses as well.

Post some pics of it! I love sexy stainless steel lines.

Hehe I started to put SS but then it clicked that someone was gonna blast me with a perverted joke.

I think this customer is going to end up with a GT30R and a Water to Air Setup.

    Really?

I don't know of anyone else in the ATL area with a water to air setup on a suby.

TTIWWOP will be mandatory for that project;)
